Seventy-four euros takes the car and everyone in it, up to eight, from the terminal to the hotel door. The island's other operator wanted seventy-two, and the two of them are further apart on every longer journey than they are here. Kolymbia sits on the main east coast road, so a bus passes it; what it does not do is turn off towards the beach hotels, which is the last kilometre and the one with the suitcases in it.

Kolymbia is between Faliraki and Archangelos on the east coast, and the two operators who sell this island price it between those two as well: 74 and 72 euros, against 54 for Faliraki and 80 for Archangelos. A price list that follows the map is a price list somebody worked out rather than guessed.
