Named for the Ragusan polymath Ruđer Bošković; OpenStreetMap gives Dubrovnik Ruđer Bošković Airport as the English name. The ICAO designator is LDDU. The airport is at Čilipi in Konavle, twenty kilometres south-east of the city it serves and five from Cavtat, so the shorter of its two transfers is the one to the village next door.

Official name: Zračna luka Ruđer Bošković

Distances on this page start here. The D8, the Adriatic coastal highway, where it passes the terminal 193 metres from that building's centroid. OpenStreetMap carries no name on this stretch, only the ref, and it is the nearest classified public road to the door. Used as the origin for all road routing from this airport; the unnamed service ways inside the airport were rejected because one engine walks them at five kilometres an hour and charged twelve minutes to a five-kilometre journey.
