What TransferSelect is

TransferSelect is an independent informational and comparison website. It compares airport transfer options, publishes researched route information, links to transport operators and providers, and may display affiliate offers.

TransferSelect is not:

• a transport operator;
• a taxi company or transfer company;
• a booking engine;
• a travel agent for the transport service itself;
• a party to the transport contract between you and a provider.

You do not book anything with us

No transaction takes place on this site. When you follow a link and book on an external provider's website, the booking and the transport contract are between you and that provider, under their terms and conditions.

TransferSelect does not process payments, issue tickets, operate vehicles, employ or control drivers, set or control schedules, or guarantee that any service or vehicle is available. Questions about a booking, a cancellation, a refund or a journey are matters for the provider or operator you booked with.

Accuracy of the information here

We research the information on this site, record where each fact came from, and date it. We do not publish figures we cannot attribute, and where we have not verified something we say so rather than filling the gap. How we compare sets out that method.

What we cannot do is freeze the world. Fares, timetables, availability and provider terms change, sometimes without notice and sometimes after we last checked. Our labels are meant to be read precisely: a starting or "from" price, an estimated range, a calculated fare and a scheduled duration are different kinds of claim, and each carries its own meaning. Price methodology explains them.

Where we mark something as unknown, that is deliberate and means we have not verified it, not that it does not matter.

Prices

A price shown here may be a starting price, an estimate, a calculated figure based on a published tariff, or a figure recorded when we last checked. It may be quoted per person or per vehicle, and those are not interchangeable.

The price and terms presented by the operator or provider at the time of booking are what govern your purchase. We do not add anything to a provider's price, and we do not guarantee that a price shown here matches what you will be quoted.

Affiliate relationships

TransferSelect may receive commission when a visitor follows certain provider links and completes a qualifying booking. Commission does not determine which option we recommend, and options that earn us nothing are compared on the same terms as those that do. See affiliate disclosure andhow we make money.

External websites

This site links to providers, operators, airports, authorities and other external websites. We do not operate or control them, and we are not responsible for their availability, their content, their privacy practices, their booking systems, their cancellation terms or the performance of the transport services they sell.

Checking before you travel

Some details matter more the closer you get to travelling, and they are exactly the details most likely to change. Before you travel, confirm directly with the operator or provider:

• departure and arrival times, and whether a service is running on your date;
• pickup and set-down locations;
• the fare, and what it includes;
• luggage rules, if you are carrying anything unusual;
• availability, and any conditions attached to your booking.

This is a practical suggestion for time-sensitive details, not an attempt to make you responsible for the accuracy of what we publish. Our factual claims remain ours.

Content and trademarks

The TransferSelect name, the site's design, its original editorial content and its original graphics may not be reproduced or republished without permission, except where applicable law permits.

Material that belongs to others is not ours to license. Provider images, provider product information, official and operator source material, and third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners, and appear here as attribution or as part of describing a service.

Responsibility

TransferSelect provides information and comparison guidance. We take care over what we publish, but we cannot guarantee or control the performance of transport services or external providers, and we cannot guarantee that third-party information will remain accurate after we have checked it.

Nothing here is intended to exclude any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
