What we do not ask you for

TransferSelect has no accounts, no registration, no login, no contact form, no newsletter signup, no comments, no user reviews, no booking form, no checkout and no payment collection. There is nowhere on this site to enter a name, an email address or a telephone number, because no such field exists.

The one form on the site is the transfer search on the home page. It contains two dropdown lists of airports and destinations, and choosing from them simply moves you to the matching page on this site. Nothing is submitted anywhere and nothing about your selection is recorded.

Analytics

At the time this page was last updated, TransferSelect does not have analytics enabled. No analytics script is loaded, no analytics events are sent, and no analytics cookies or browser storage are created.

Support for a privacy-focused analytics tool exists in the site's code but is switched off, so nothing is transmitted. If that changes, this page will be updated to describe what is collected before it is switched on.

Cookies and browser storage

TransferSelect itself does not use cookies, local storage, session storage, indexed databases, service workers or advertising pixels. There is no consent banner because the site does not currently place anything that one would govern.The cookie policy covers this in more detail, including what happens on external sites.

Technical information from serving the site

When any website is served, the hosting infrastructure records standard technical request information. For this site that means your IP address, your browser's user-agent string, the URL requested, the time of the request and the referring page where one is sent. This is ordinary to how the web works, and it is used for operating the service, for security and for troubleshooting rather than for building a profile of you.

These access logs are kept for 14 days and are then deleted. They are not combined with anything else, not used for advertising, and not built into a marketing database.

One image loaded from an external host

One route page shows a product photograph supplied by a transfer provider. That image is served from an external host, media-cdn.tripadvisor.com, rather than from this site.

The image is lazy-loaded, so your browser only requests it if you scroll far enough for it to become visible. When that request happens, standard request information such as your IP address and user-agent is visible to that external host, as it would be for any resource loaded from another domain. What that host does with the request is governed by its own policies and is not something we control or can describe on its behalf. It is not an analytics provider for this site, and we receive nothing from it.

Affiliate links

Some links on this site are affiliate links. The provider with an active affiliate relationship is Viator, for private airport transfer products.

These are ordinary links. Following one takes you to the provider's own website, and from that moment you are on their site under their privacy and cookie policies rather than ours. The link includes parameters in its address that let the provider recognise the referral. We do not place anything in your browser before you leave, and we do not receive personal information about you from the provider. See affiliate disclosure andhow we make money.

Links to sources and other external sites

Route pages link out to the sources behind our facts: airport operators, transport operators, public authorities and routing services. Those are independent websites with their own privacy practices, and we do not control them. The same applies to any other external link on this site.

Sharing and selling information

TransferSelect does not operate a user database, so there is no visitor database to share or sell. We do not sell visitor information to advertisers, and the site does not run advertising trackers or profiling scripts.

We cannot make statements about how independent websites behave once you visit them, and this page does not attempt to.

Your choices

Because the site collects so little, the practical controls are straightforward. You decide whether to follow an external link, and where you go afterwards is governed by that site's own policies. Your browser's privacy settings let you control cookies and site storage generally, including for the external hosts described above, and most browsers can block third-party images or requests if you prefer.

Depending on where you live and how information is processed, applicable privacy law may provide you with rights concerning personal information. We are not describing a request procedure for a user database here, because no such database exists.

Changes to this page

This page describes how the site works today, and the date at the top is when it was last reviewed. If the site starts using analytics, storage, forms or anything else that changes what is described here, this page will be updated to match before that happens.
