One form, one inbox, read by the people who write the pages. If you are telling us a fare or a timetable on this site is wrong, say which page and what you saw: that is the message we act on fastest.
What we answer
Corrections first. Everything here carries a source and the date it was checked, and fares and timetables change without telling us. If a figure does not match what you were charged or what the operator now publishes, that is worth more to us than any other message, and it is the one we act on the same week.
After that:
- questions about how a route works that the page did not answer;
- operators and providers who want their service represented accurately;
- press, partnership and licensing enquiries.
What we cannot do
We are not a transfer operator and we sell nothing. We cannot book, change or cancel a journey, we have no access to any provider's system, and we hold no record of any booking. If you booked through a provider we link to, they are the only party who can help, and their confirmation email is the fastest route to them.
We also do not quote prices by email. What we know is on the route pages, with its source and its date, and it is the same for everyone. The reasoning behind those figures is in price methodology andhow we compare.
Send a message
Expect a reply within a few working days. A correction may be acted on before it is answered, because fixing the page matters more than the courtesy of a reply, and the date on the page changes when it is.
What happens to what you write
Your name, address and message are emailed to us and are not stored in a database, because there is no database. We reply from the same inbox, we add you to no list, and we pass nothing you send to any provider. The form talks to our own server, so no third party sees the submission and nothing here is advertising or profiling. The full picture is in the privacy policy.
