One airport, one road
Naples is the only airport within reach and there is effectively one way in: the A3 south, then the SS145 round the headland through Vico Equense and Meta. That road is two lanes and it carries the traffic for the whole peninsula, so a free-flow estimate of fifty-five minutes is a floor rather than a forecast. In July and August it is regularly much worse.
